New build time again.

Features

1. In previous versions of toepoke.co.uk you could only manage 5-a-side, 7-a-side and 11-a-side. The site now also supports 6-a-side, 8-a-side, 9-a-side and 10-a-side football matches.

2. Bit of a tweak to the home page, plus a few tweaks to the user interface.

Fixes

1. Fixed the footer as the links at the bottom weren’t very visible.

2. Fixed issue with the teams screen which wasn’t working for non-managers (thanks for pointing that one out Rob!)

Not much in this build, it was mainly to fix the issue on the teams screen.
